If the fulfillment date changes, you will be notified and given the choice of accepting the revised date or canceling your order for a full refund.

Sometimes a book gives us language for what we are experiencing. Sometimes we also need another person willing to accompany us as we discover what those words mean for our own journey.

"The Accompanied Edition" includes a personally signed copy of Grieving Differently: Queering the Stages of Grief, the complete collection of pre-order gifts, and one private, 45-minute grief-coaching session with Timoth.

This package was created for those who would find value in a compassionate, one-on-one conversation where they can speak honestly about their grief without being hurried, corrected, or pushed through someone else's version of the stages.

"The Accompanied Edition" includes:

  • One personally signed copy of Grieving Differently

  • Pre-order book "swag"

  • One private, 45-minute online grief-coaching session with Timoth

This is a private, compassionate conversation centered upon your experience of grief.

The goal is not to "fix" you, move you through the standard stages, or help you "get over" your loss. It is an opportunity to be heard, to reflect upon what you are experiencing, and consider what you may need as you learn to live with grief differently.

During the session, you may consider:

  • Naming the loss or change you are navigating

  • Exploring the expectations others have placed upon you and your grief

  • Talking about guilt, anger, loneliness, fear, or uncertainty

  • Reflecting upon an anniversary, transition, relationship, or difficult decision

  • Asking questions prompted by reading Grieving Differently

  • Simply speaking honestly with someone who will listen without judgment

You do not need to have completed, or even begun reading the book before the session. And you will never be asked to disclose anything you would prefer to keep private.

The conversation may include discussion about faith and spirituality. However, it does not have to. You get to decide what belongs in the space.

About The Book

Grief follows no rules or timeline. So what keeps us pretending it does?.

In Grieving Differently, Timoth Sylvia invites readers to question traditional grief frameworks and make room for a more honest, expansive way of living with loss. Through a queer lens, this compassionate and deeply reflective book challenges the idea that grief must be orderly, predictable, or completed according to someone else’s timeline.

Written for grieving people, those who love them, and anyone who has ever felt out of place within conventional grief narratives, Grieving Differently offers permission to be messy, authentic, and fully human. It is not a roadmap for “getting over” loss. It is a thoughtful companion for learning to carry it with greater tenderness, courage, and truth.

Each copy is personally signed by Timoth, making it a meaningful addition to your own collection or a heartfelt gift for someone navigating grief.
