Preorder Cancellations

An unfulfilled preorder may be canceled for a full refund before the order has been prepared for shipment.

Once a signed copy has been shipped, it is not returnable for a change of mind. We will replace or refund books that arrive damaged, are defective, or do not match the item ordered. Please contact us within seven days of delivery and include photographs of the book and packaging.

If we are unable to fulfill an order, the customer will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
